For physical wellbeing, MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery) systems remove stale air and pollens to supplying fresh, filtered air to every room. As natural and arcadian light is proven to have mental health benefits, natural light was a key inclusion; ceilings are between 2.5 – 2.7 metres high and homes are complete with many floor to ceiling windows to accompany the balconies which  allow for breathing fresh air and admiring the great outdoors.
