Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and promote Sanipex Group & BAGNODESIGN image to the highest standards
  • Ensure showroom displays and general housekeeping are to the highest standards
  • Ensure customers are extended the highest level of customer service
  • Deal promptly and effectively with customer complaints and queries
  • Identify, establish and develop profitable customer relationships
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are fully adhered to, with particular reference to CRM, quotation and order processing, returns and cases.
  • Proactively develop a strong knowledge of product, their characteristics and technical working
  • Develop knowledge of interior design concepts
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to prospective and existing customers, architects, interior designers and other relevant parties
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly KPI targets
  • Adhere to company health and safety policies and practices
  • Execute your duties in accordance to Sanipex Group’s Environment & Quality Policies

About You

  • Experience in Ironmongery & Hardware is required.
  • A determination to succeed and to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal across different hierarchical levels and cultural backgrounds
  • Team player committed to personal, divisional and company goals
  • A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
