Fulgor Milano's Built-in Induction Hob is a stylish and efficient cooking surface that provides precise temperature control and rapid heating. It offers nine power levels, allowing you to achieve a wide range of cooking temperatures, from gentle simmering to intense searing. The hob includes four cooking zones, featuring two vertical bridge zones, which offer flexibility for different pot and pan sizes. The intuitive touch control panel makes operation simple, while the child lock feature enhances safety. Additionally, the residual heat indicator alerts you when the hob is still hot, helping to prevent accidental burns.
Use & Care
- Use cookware made of ferromagnetic materials, such as cast iron, stainless steel, or enameled steel. Other materials like glass, copper, or aluminum will not work with induction hobs.
- Clean the hob regularly to prevent spills and residue buildup. Use a soft cloth and a mild cleaning solution, avoiding abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
- Ensure that the bottom of your cookware is flat and makes full contact with the cooking zone to ensure efficient heat transfer.
- Activate the child lock feature when the hob is not in use to prevent accidental activation by children.
