Use & Care
- For direct cooking, place the embers below and use the barbecue with the lid open.
- For indirect cooking ideal for high temperatures of 180 to 200 degrees Celcius with smoking add wood chips for added flavor.
- Start with low temperatures and gradually increase as needed. This helps prevent burning your food.
- Clean the smoker after each use. This removes grease and residue, preventing rust and ensuring optimal performance.
