Very positive experience with BAGNODESIGN/SANIPEX, dealing with Tom Hough. Our project involved an entire first floor townhouse renovation and we needed high-quality floor tiles, bathroom tiles & sanitaryware. Tom was supportive, patient and diligent throughout the entire process and after completion - doing his utmost to help find the exact products needed. SANIPEX’s in-house team created a custom bathroom sink which we felt was done to a high standard. We also had helpful support from Tahir on the technical/installation side. Overall, we are very happy with the results and the level of servicing and customer care. We recommend based highly on this.

Excellent customer service, friendly and professional staff. Received very clear communication and instruction on the issue from James Smith Technical manager. Recommended to change the cartridge in both basin tap and shower which were under warranty and were sent immediately and received them in 2 days. This was absolutely amazing and the problem was sorted in no time. Thank you very much!
