Do any of your products comply with leading sustainability requirements?

Our $50 million stock holding of over 16,000 active products is continuously replenished thanks to cycle counting and min/max levels monitored by our MRP system.

What is your delivery time?
A 48-hour delivery time is applicable to Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah; with a 72-hour service for Al Ain & Ras Al Khaimah.
Our Click & Collect service to your selected showroom follows the same timeframe, with a collection time between 1pm to 7pm.
Items can also be ready for global shipping within 48 hours from our Global Distribution centre in the UAE. If you require accurate stock availability, please contact us and your local representative shall advise.
How do I host an event in your showroom?

Can you assist with design?
For our retail clients, our in-house CAD team offers 2D & 3D visualisations to help you create a dream bathroom.
Our interior designer & architect clients are assisted by our specification team with our expert Product Compatibility service.
If you wish to enquire about our Mock-Up room for large-scale project visualisations, please contact your specification expert.
Will you assist with installation?
While we are a supply-only business, our technical assistants are on-hand to offer guidance and advice to your installer. We also supply technical data sheets, installation guides and instructional videos where available.

Can you prepare goods for export?
All products are securely packed and labelled with relevant paperwork for air, sea and land freight deliveries. Our Global Logistics centre in Jebel Ali, Dubai is a Top 5 Global Port facility which offers import & export exemptions for the UAE.
