The Boretti Leonardo Top Built-In Gas BBQ is a high-performance outdoor cooking appliance designed for seamless integration into a custom outdoor kitchen. This gas BBQ features three main burners, providing powerful and even heat distribution across its expansive 2436cm2 cooking area. The cooking surface is versatile, including two cast-iron grills, one of which comes with a smoker box for adding a smoky flavour to your food, and a cast-iron griddle for cooking smaller items or breakfast fare.
A stainless steel hot plate is also included, offering an additional cooking option. For precise temperature control, the built-in lid is equipped with a thermometer. A rear-mounted infrared burner is a key feature, perfect for rotisserie cooking (rotisserie kit sold separately) to achieve a crispy and caramelised finish. The Boretti Leonardo Top offers the functionality of a full kitchen in a compact, stylish built-in unit, making it an excellent choice for serious outdoor entertainers.
Use & Care
- Always preheat the BBQ for 10-15 minutes before cooking to ensure even heat and to prevent food from sticking to the grills.
- Scrape the grills and griddle with a wire brush while they are still warm to remove food residue, then wipe down the surfaces to prevent buildup.
- Regularly apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the cast-iron grills and griddle to maintain their non-stick properties and prevent rust.
- When not in use, cover the built-in BBQ with a waterproof cover to protect it from rain, dust, and other outdoor elements, ensuring its longevity.
