Use & Care
  • Preheat the cooking surface thoroughly before cooking to ensure an even temperature and achieve the best searing results.
  • Use the temperature controls to adjust the heat according to the type of food being prepared, using the maximum 280°C temperature for high-heat searing.
  • Allow the cooking surface to cool before cleaning, then wipe with a soft cloth or sponge and a mild soap and water solution.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads or harsh chemicals that may damage the stainless steel surface.
  • Keep the integrated lid closed when the BBQ is not in use to help protect the cooking surface from dust and outdoor elements.
