Use & Care
- Always preheat all burners on high for 10-15 minutes before cooking to ensure the grill is hot and ready for searing and cleaning.
- Keep the ceramic infrared burner clean of heavy grease build-up by running it on high for a few minutes after use to incinerate residue.
- After the grill cools, wipe down the stainless steel surfaces with a mild soap and water solution to prevent staining and maintain its finish.
