Caesars Resort

Initially Bagnodesign’s coloured brassware selection won tender for Caesars Resort & Serviced Apartments, with the full design taking shape around our varied product availability. In line with the hotel’s signature elements of fun fused with out-and-out luxury, Sanipex Group supplied the near 300 accommodations for the luxury hotel with Brushed Copper brassware to offer a warming contrast against modern Statuario marble tiles – the result? Ultimate luxury. Custom-made bathtubs and basins complement the contemporary charm of the rooms’ decor whilst adding to the exclusive experience for the hotel’s guests. Sanipex Group was pleased in helping to make Caesars Palace one of the first properties to open on the island thanks to readily available stock and close relationships with factories to accommodate exacting demands on stringent time constraints.

Bluewaters Residences

To achieve a contemporary full bathroom solution for 698 apartments, 4 penthouses, and 17 townhouses, our Specification Team worked directly with the designers during the selection process, were on-hand during developer approval and on-site for the mock-up room build to consistently be available for discussing any initial and unforeseen requirements.

The final selection remained within budget thanks to Bagnodesign’s value & style ranges. Savoia mixers are complimented by Smooth accessories whilst a rain shower and thermostatic shower mixer add a sense of indulgence. Full sanitaryware specification includes wall hung WC’s with either freestanding Bagnotec basin or contemporary countertop basin. As a luxurious step up for the Penthouses, angular brassware in Brushed Nickel compliments the wooden accents for an organic biophilic feel. The stand-out feature of these award winning residences would certainly be the Bagnotec bathtubs placed in the floor to ceiling windows, for virtuously viewing vistas of the island.

Bars & Restaurants

Tiles – The London Project & Jelly Belly Ice Cream

Sanipex Group also supplied eateries with décor in the form of tiles; one of the key items to create ambience in an interior scheme.

The London Project is a classic eatery on the island with subway tiles in an elongated subway shape with a rustic texture to communicate the vintage vibe of the establishment. As a popular choice, Jelly Belly also used subways, Sanipex Group supplies all Jelly Belly ice cream parlours with 10 x 20 cm subway tiles.

With our product offering extending into an extensive collection of tiles in late 2019, the vast tile library on Sheikh Zayed Road and our warehouse also offer you a swift Sample Service to build a perfect moodboard for your project and check the tiles effect in its true light in situ.

Mosque

Mosques are incredibly beautiful buildings, at first glance the mosque on Bluewaters with its intricate arabesque paneled gleaming facade could be mistaken for an art gallery. Further observation highlights the tower 10 Design chose to mimic the signature move of water with a wave design to the roof, as a reimagined bespoke take on the traditional dome shape seen emerging on skylines around the world.
The design seeks to enhance its role within the community, encouraging design innovation while preserving Islamic architectural heritage.
