Located on the sun-drenched shores of Zanzibar’s Paje Beach, Kisiwa on the Beach is an idyllic respite for discerning guests. Built in 1840 and blending Arabic influences with Swahili design, this luxury boutique hotel is located right on the pristine white sand, offering a luxurious barefoot experience for slow-paced holidaying by the Indian Ocean.

SANIPEX GROUP supplied the resort’s Bahari Beach Front Villas with quality bathroom products and hotel amenities from brands like BAGNODESIGN and Aliseo, and outdoor furniture from brands such as GYMKHANA, aligning with the client’s vision of an effortless beach escape.

Designed for sublime seclusion, the villas are tranquil spaces where the experiences of each guest are placed firmly at the centre. With the bathroom separate, indoor living areas lead out onto a veranda with GYMKHANA lounge chairs and cushions providing a comforting spot to take in the coastal views. Out onto the pool deck, sunseekers can recline on comfortable outdoor sun loungers made from sturdy aluminium and waterproof, UV-resistant Textilene sling fabric ensuring durability.

The bathroom, also with seascape views, features a twin vanity situation. It is here that the metals are mixed, with BAGNODESIGN mono tall mixers draped over basins in a Brushed Nickel finish, and oval LED mirrors contrasted in Brushed Gold. Matching the mixers, M-Line towel rails cleverly double as handle drawers. Beside the mirrors is the Hotel wall-mounted mirror, an essential feature in any guest suite. Premium finishing touches in the living area come in the form of luxury hotel products such as the Aliseo Londoner ice bucket.

Despite the international scale of the project, logistics were seamless, with all first-fix items immediately available at our Jebel Ali warehouses in Dubai. Upon visiting our SANIPEX GALLERY/BAGNODESIGN Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Barsha showrooms in Dubai, the client was able to explore a selection of high-quality products in one place, making the process both convenient and efficient. Pleased with the outcome, they have since chosen the same products for the renovation of two additional villas.
