SANIPEX GROUP collaborated with JMS Renovations to renovate five bathrooms of a newly renovated villa in the esteemed community of Mirador, Arabian Ranches in Dubai. These encompass a master bathroom, two children’s bathrooms, a powder room and a guest bathroom.

Light, bright and airy, each bathroom comes equipped with a full solution, including BAGNODESIGN sanitaryware, brassware, accessories, as well as luxury tiles and slabs from SANIPEX GROUP’s product portfolio.

The master bathroom features BAGNODESIGN matt white sanitaryware and Brushed Nickel brassware—the latter of which can be seen throughout all the bathrooms to tie in the scheme.  Spacious countertop basins make up the double vanity, complemented by a freestanding bathtub with a wall tap and hand shower.

A 2 function shower mixer and a ceiling-mounted 30cm showerhead offer a tailored bathing experience. To store the essentials, matching sleek brassware accessories complete the look whereby terrazzo accessories lend a modern twist on a classic texture, its multi-coloured speckles complementing the colours of the tiles.

Tiles bathe the setting in soft, nature-reminiscent hues. A textural, White Bloom mosaico esagono features on the niche walls of the master bathroom while Reverso White stone-effect porcelain tiles mimic the look of travertine for the floors and walk-in shower.

For guest bathroom, the walls, niches and walk-in shower are awash with Frammenti small format tiles that form a herringbone pattern in a cooling Verde Acqua shade. Ylico 80×80 square tiles cobble the floor in a natural stone effect—its R10 slip resistance an ideal choice for bathrooms. Grava large square wall tiles follow the travertine theme for the children’s bathrooms.
