SANIPEX GROUP was pleased to supply a wide range of tiles, bathroom products and lighting solutions for the project, working in collaboration with Tracey Davey Interior Design. The scope of supply spans the interior and exterior spaces, including the living areas, kitchen, seven bathrooms, bedrooms, balconies and outdoor spaces.

Creating the Vision

By visiting the showroom, the designer and her client were able to create moodboards from a selection of tile samples and brassware finishes. Guided by our expert sales team, they mixed and matched finishes, colours and textures to define the concept that the client wanted for her home.

This thoughtful approach to product selection ensured a cohesive relationship between surfaces, brassware and lighting, resulting in a chic, sophisticated home with a consistent aesthetic throughout.

Textural Tiles

Tiles form the foundation of this contemporary villa, covering every surface to create a coordinating look. Industrial-inspired concrete and metal-effect finishes sit alongside natural stone textures, complemented by bold matt black fixtures.

A Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Look

A concrete-effect tile was selected as the primary flooring material throughout the villa, creating a strong visual thread from room to room. Thanks to its versatility, the same tile was also applied outdoors in the entrance and driveway, establishing a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Eye-Catching Accents

In the living area, Lavaredo tiles were laid in a herringbone pattern to form a fireplace feature wall, the tone and texture of which add a cosy, high-end feel. In the bathrooms, small-format tiles in areas such as the shower walls and vanity backsplashes introduce blue and aqua accents to deepen the visual interest.

Refined bathrooms for everyday luxury

The bathrooms are fully outfitted with a sleek range of BAGNODESIGN fixtures and fittings including sanitaryware, mixers, shower columns, hand showers, backlit and magnifying mirrors and accessories. For the master bathroom, a freestanding bathtub provides the perfect place to unwind.

Luxurious Landscape Lighting

Bring a touch of vintage luxury to the outdoor spaces are the Dome wall lights. In an elegant black metal and glass design, they cast a warm, welcoming glow that enhances the exterior walls to create an inviting atmosphere.
