About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager – Kitchen category to join our Retail team, based in the Northern Emirates, and take ownership of a high-end, fast-growing segment. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the sales strategy to grow revenue, strengthen our market presence, and build long-term success within the premium kitchen space. You’ll work closely with architects, interior designers, developers, and clients, building trusted relationships and becoming a key partner on their projects. Your day-to-day will include spotting new opportunities in the market, building a strong pipeline of projects, and making sure sales targets are consistently achieved. You’ll also be meeting clients regularly to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions that balance both design and commercial goals. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams like design and operations to ensure smooth project execution and accurate proposals, while managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to closing. You’ll also contribute to pricing discussions and share insights from the market to help shape future growth.
This role suits someone who is hands-on, confident in building relationships, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-led environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Kitchen category to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Support and guide the sales team by following up with them on any potential opportunities for Kitchen, monitoring performance, engaging to help win projects, and providing training and category updates in the assigned showrooms.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including interior designers, architects and other relevant stakeholders.
- Drive new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, market analysis, and expanding the client base.
- Conduct client visits to understand their needs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that align with industry trends.
- Work with CAD designer on mock-ups to help clients visualize products.
- Lead negotiations and manage sales opportunities from initial contact through to finalization, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
- Continuously analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to provide insights and strategic recommendations for business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop product offerings and promotional strategies tailored to the Kitchen category.
- Organize events such as lunch and learn for prospective retail customers.
- Ensure that all sales processes, from lead generation to closing, are executed in alignment with company policies and standards.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring that services provided are of the highest standard, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
About You
You are an experienced sales professional with 5–7 years in the kitchen appliances industry, with a strong track record of driving sales, managing key accounts, and consistently achieving targets. You have solid product and market knowledge, and understand customer needs within a design-led, project-based environment. You are confident in building long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, and you approach sales with a strong customer focus. You are a strong communicator and negotiator, with proven ability to close deals and present solutions effectively. You think commercially and strategically, and are able to identify and convert new business opportunities. A valid UAE driving license is essential. You are collaborative, hands-on, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
