Custom Solutions for High-Profile Projects
For the project sector, the team collaborates with architects and designers on world-class projects, from luxury hotels and spas to residential and retail spaces. We can develop custom products for indoor and outdoor settings—bathrooms, kitchens, washrooms, spas, poolside and more—to work seamlessly with the design concept.
At SANIPEX GROUP, we place equal emphasis on product compatibility as well as the overall conceptual design. Our solutions adhere to various certifications, including water consumption (LEED, ESTIDAMA), accessibility (ADA, DOCM), healthcare building (DHA, HTM63), and hygiene (WELL) standards—to name a few.
Quality Control & Manufacturing
Our global HQ is home to our expert facilities across three warehouses.
In our primary warehouse we have the production workshops for display boards and laser branding, as well as comprehensive quality control, technical support and testing facilities.
The new Slab Fabrication facility in our second warehouse provides limitless capabilities for custom projects and is home to our dedicated slab and custom mosaic and product showroom where we showcase one-of-a-kind basins, firepits, and bespoke countertops. It also hosts our quality control department which implements risk-based inspections utilising modern tools and adhering to rigorous product standards. A Quality Assurance programme with sophisticated KPI procedures is applied across the global supplier base for full accountability.
The third warehouse accommodates our R&D centre, which provides our customers with quality assurance and technical support for all BYSTRO appliances and lighting solutions and holds stock of our kitchen and the majority of our Outdoor Living products. Also located in Jebel Ali, Dubai, the centres also feature a comprehensive workshop for kitchen appliances, offering testing, fault diagnosis, repairs, and installation requirement.
Positioning SANIPEX GROUP as the industry leader, our state-of-the-art R&D centre includes a modern testing laboratory for our brassware products ensures our finish durability and technical performance meet internationally recognised standards.
Our in-house product testing and maintenance workshop replicates real-life environments to accurately demonstrate performance under different conditions and scenarios. We work in full compliance with UAE ESMA, KSA SASO and WRAS standards.
Tech Support
Our dedicated technical team supports retail, project and trade clients with consistently high levels of after-sales service, giving practical installation guidance and expert training for contractors. With in-house product testing and maintenance workshop facilities, we can replicate real-life environments to accurately demonstrate performance under different conditions and scenarios.
Distribution & Logistics
SANIPEX GROUP trades across the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe, offering a wide range of brands and products from stock. All business is serviced from world-class logistics centres based in Dubai, Milan, and Leeds.
Advanced Management Systems
With easy access to both sea and air freight facilities from our strategically located Middle-East logistics centre, stock can be effectively mobilised and distributed to clients, either directly or via trusted distribution partners. Our advanced warehouse management system optimises stock levels and tracks product movement, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of thousands of products weekly.
In our Distribution Centre, we accurately execute over 6000 shipments a month for Retail, Trade and Project customers with around 5000 of those for individual retail and project deliveries in the MEA.
Our $50 million stock holding of over 16,000 active products is housed in a 50,000 sq ft. warehouse for bathroom products and a 75,000 sq ft warehouse for outdoor living, appliances, and lighting. Across our three facilities in Jebel Ali, we have 100,000 sq ft. dedicated outdoor storage for tiles and slabs.
Unrivalled Expertise
With a dedicated supply chain team of over 200 highly skilled employees, we provide unparalleled expertise in supply chain management and central support functions for our customers and partners. From quality assurance and testing to after-sales support, specialist production, technology, and logistics, we keep as many functions as possible in-house.
With a fleet of over 30 vehicles, we deliver locally within the UAE and export to partners, with a 48-hour delivery service of all product categories for UAE customers. A ‘white glove’ service applies to all Outdoor Living and Lighting products to ensure fabrics remain unblemished during delivery. With the help of smart tracking devices, the fleet efficiently transports all products on time.
Our three world-class distribution centres facilitate fast and reliable deliveries to customers internationally. We have dedicated areas in our facilities for packing and checking our export shipments for accuracy every time.
