Classic & Cosy

Set in the heart of the Green Community in Motor City, a townhouse underwent a kitchen renovation where the homeowners envisioned a space that would feel classic, cosy and nostalgic.

Coordinating with architectural design company Studio 67, SANIPEX GROUP supplied Italian kitchen appliances, fixtures and porcelain slabs to bring this vision to life and create a modern-classic inspired design that feels warm and welcoming.

Rich Finishes & Organic Texture

Introducing rich warmth into the space is the BAGNODESIGN Soft Bronze brassware, including the Revolution pot filler and an M-Line mixer with pull-out shower. Offsetting this decadent brassware are the Yamuna slabs supplied for the countertops, backsplash and farmhouse-style sink. In a marble-effect finish, it introduces some of that organic texture, ensuring continuity and a seamless look that underpins the nostalgic feel.

Charming Italian Appliances

The studio selected the Lofra Dolcevita line as it celebrates craftsmanship and detail—qualities the client strongly valued. Stylistically, it is a collection that nods to the more traditional look, and with a built-in microwave combi oven, warming drawer, gas hob, and multifunctional oven, the studio could select from a full kitchen solution with all the modern conveniences. The bronze knobs were chosen to complement the Soft Bronze brassware and help distribute rich metallic accents throughout the space.

The integrated hood was selected to maintain a sense of harmony in the design. With the cabinetry and stone already delivering strong visual character, the hood ensured attention remained on the cosy, crafted details that were central to the client’s vision.
