SANIPEX GROUP fabricated and supplied a total of 65 one-of-a-kind BAGNODESIGN Alpine basins for Residence 22, a premium residential development in Dubai’s bustling Business Bay. With spacious apartments and in-house concierge, this development is designed to suit the needs of city-dwellers and commuters, with easy access to all of Dubai’s hot spots.
Spanning 14 levels of this 24-floor building, the project required a mix of four mono and dual basin designs, tailored to the layout of each apartment. The Alpine basins, with their sleek and contemporary design, magnifies the luxurious feel of the apartments. Made from high-quality porcelain slabs in Croatia and Massa Beige finishes, they add a subtle stone texture for a natural look.
This fast-track project called for rapid response and flexibility. With a wide variety of high-quality slabs readily available in stock, we met the client and designer’s vision without delay. Our expert team worked closely with the contractor to ensure seamless delivery and installation on schedule. The result exceeded both designer and client expectations and they are now looking to collaborate on future projects using the same custom concept.
