About the role

Responsible for all planning, direction and coordination and maintaining a cohesive visual and thematic style for marketing brochures, adverts, and campaign support.  As Art Production Designer you will be the lead and will review the work of the creative teams for all print, web, and digital marketing collateral.  This will involve the planning of brochures and advertising, supervising the entire creative process for all company marketing, literature, graphics, and events & exhibitions.

Job description:

• Work alongside a cross-functional team of Graphic Designers in the strategic development of messaging and deliverables.
• Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, Senior Graphic Designers and Category Managers maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Oversee the presentation of final concepts and obtain approvals for deliverables.
• Work with internal teams to develop creative strategy.
• Liaise with the marketing team management group to ensure all images used are current.
• Execute duties in accordance with Sanipex Group’s Environment & Quality Policies.

About You

• Five years of relevant experience, preferably as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or Production Assistant in an agency or corporate setting.
• Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns — from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget.
• Experience in creating integrated content across marketing channels such as print, paid media, offline, digital, social media and mobile. With a strong creative vision who has a proven ability to develop successful concepts for brochures.
• Has an eye on business objectives, is able to meet deadlines through the ability to multitask and lead diverse teams.
• Self-motivated and disciplined person, who has excellent communication in English and has attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, photography, or business.
