Within our Manufacturing facility in Jebel Ali, Dubai, we operate our Coating Facility and our Slab Fabrication Facility in-house within a single, integrated environment. At our Coating Facility, we finish our bathroom and kitchen brassware using proprietary Armour technology, while at our Slab Fabrication Facility, we precision-cut and fabricate porcelain tiles and slabs into fully custom solutions.

Coating Facility

Our Coating facility ensures the impeccable standards of our products. By coating our bathroom and kitchen brassware in-house, we control the quality and consistency that define our product offering. Selected BAGNODESIGN products are plated using our proprietary Armour technology to guarantee durability while maintaining vibrant, long-lasting colour – all produced under stringent quality standards.

A wide range of finishes is available from stock, enabling you to proceed quickly from selection to specification. For projects requiring a more distinctive look, our custom colour capability enables us to produce finishes that align with your requirements. With 13 Armour finishes, over 200 base finishes, and fully bespoke options, we offer you the flexibility without compromising on quality, whether you are looking for subtle tonal variations or unique, project-specific finishes.

Slab Fabrication Facility

At our Slab Fabrication Facility, precision is integral to every stage of production. We specialise in cutting porcelain tiles and slabs using state-of-the-art 5-axis water jet technology, along with advanced profiling and skirting machinery to achieve exacting results.

Our expertise extends beyond the standard to create bespoke mosaics, complex geometries, custom profiles and trims, as well as basins, countertops, and fully custom tile designs, delivering solutions where off-the-shelf options fall short.

From initial design consultation and material selection through to fabrication and delivery, everything is handled as a fully integrated service – saving you time, reducing complexity and ensuring consistent results every time.

Bespoke Fabrication for Landmark Projects

A standout example of our capabilities can be seen at the award-winning Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa in Dubai. In collaboration with LW Design, we produced a bespoke floor tile mosaic for the spa and pool area. With no suitable off-the-shelf option available, over 69,700 individual tile pieces were cut from 250m² of material, assembled, and delivered to a critical timeframe. The result is a detailed geometric design inspired by traditional hammam spaces.

The same level of craftsmanship can be seen across other landmark projects, including a Deco-style floor tile for the exclusive serviced residences at InterContinental Dubai Marina, and an intricate floor tile for Rohini by Little Miss India.
