About the role

This is a dynamic and multifaceted role focused on managing the end-to-end process of new product development, from supplier coordination through to product launch. You’ll be responsible for preparing NPD meetings, maintaining the NPD area, overseeing sample management and budgets, and ensuring stock order confirmations and product changeovers are communicated effectively.

A key part of the role involves gathering and analyzing customer and market feedback to support product development decisions and pricing strategies. You’ll play an active role in launching new products by creating launch guides, supporting showroom displays, and delivering product training to sales and internal teams. The position also includes attending supplier meetings and industry exhibitions to stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities for product enhancements. You will manage product data collection from suppliers, perform accuracy checks before and after website uploads, and ensure correct product categorization and relationships online.

Additionally, you’ll support pricing management in collaboration with the Data Admin team and ensure all catalogues and sample libraries are current and well-maintained.
