In Dubai’s up-and-coming Meydan neighbourhood—where the city’s racecourse is home to the Dubai World Cup—SANIPEX GROUP and One Fit-Out Studio coordinated to outfit the kitchen, bathroom and powder bathroom of a private villa into elegant, fully functional spaces inspired by modern classic design.

The kitchen features a fully integrated appliance solution by BYSTRO, with a generous Fulgor Milano gas hob and Faber downdraft extractor to complement the sleek black finish. The BYSTRO selection comprises of the built-in Ferrara oven in 90cm, one of the largest sized ovens on the market, another oven in the 60cm size for extra capacity, a microwave oven for quick snacks and even more extra oven space as well as a highly convenient and rather attractive undercounter wine cooler to enable the serving of a perfectly chilled vintage at a moment’s notice. Discreetly concealed behind the cabinets are the BYSTRO dishwasher and full single-door fridge and freezer.

In the bathrooms, style has certainly not been spared. A beautiful backlit feature wall using the Rosa Onice stone-effect slab creates a beautifully soft and regal feel that draws the eye to the vanity areas. Here, BAGNODESIGN Revolution mixers have been selected in the PVD Oyster finish which pick out the warmth of the stone pattern and pull in more opulence to the space. This is complemented by showering products and accessories in the same finish: the Bristol Round shower head has been cleverly mixed with the Revolution shower mixer and matched in the PVD Oyster finish. 120×120 plain solid white tiles for the floors and the rest of the walls create breathing space while giving the brassware its moment to shine.
