The Bystro Sorrento Built-in Wood/Charcoal BBQ with Lift System is a premium outdoor cooking centrepiece, designed to make charcoal cooking easier, more precise and more enjoyable. Crafted from durable stainless steel, it features an innovative lift system that gives you effortless control over the cooking temperature. No longer do you need to wait for the charcoal to cool before continuing to cook — simply raise or lower the charcoal tray closer to or further from the cooking grates to instantly adjust the heat. With a generous 75 x 45 cm cooking surface, the Sorrento provides ample space for entertaining family and friends while delivering the authentic flavour and experience of wood and charcoal cooking.
Use & Care
- Use the lift system to adjust the distance between the charcoal and cooking grates, controlling the cooking temperature without needing to wait for the charcoal to cool.
- Always allow the BBQ to cool completely before cleaning or handling the charcoal tray.
- After use, remove ash and charcoal residue once completely cooled, then wipe the stainless steel surfaces with a mild soap and water solution to maintain the finish.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that may damage or dull the stainless steel surface.
