Outdoor Living at a Monumental Scale

Located in the prestigious Emerald Hills neighbourhood in Dubai, this architecturally stunning villa overlooks spectacular views of the nearby Dubai Hills Golf Course and the iconic Burj Khalifa. Spanning a magnificent 23,000 sq. ft., the residence has been designed for elegant living and sophisticated entertaining with amenities including two swimming pools, a fully eqipped outdoor kitchen and a private gym.

In collaboration with Lacasa Living, SANIPEX GROUP supplied a comprehensive selection of outdoor furniture, outdoor kitchen appliances and fixtures, and a sauna for both the rooftop and ground-level exterior spaces.

The outdoor design concept for the Emerald Hills villas was developed as a seamless extension of the interior living spaces, emphasising the need for privacy, comfort and understated luxury.

Rooftop Relaxation & Entertaining

At rooftop level, the outdoor spaces make the most of the sweeping city skyline. The GYMKHANA Beach House outdoor dining table, with a custom Sahara Noir finish, is paired with Ithaca dining chairs from the same brand. With generous seating for eight, it is perfect for outdoor entertaining in style. The nearby outdoor kitchen includes a refrigerator, built-in barbecue, BYSTRO sink and BAGNODESIGN mixer, designed to make hosting a pleasure. Over in a separate indoor-outdoor room, teak and travertine coffee and side tables introduce warmth and texture through natural materials.

 

Wellness Space

The private gym features a five-person sauna, crafted in natural lime wood and complete with discreet chromotherapy lighting, offering a calming space to unwind and decompress after a workout.

Secluded Balcony Nook

On the first-floor balcony, GYMKHANA Menorca lounge chairs—made from teak and featuring hand-woven rope detailing—are paired with a durable aluminium side table to create a quiet seating nook for peaceful coffee mornings or quite evening moments gazing at the glittering skyline.

Picture-Perfect Poolside

At ground level, the pool is lined with GYMKHANA Penthouse teak sunbeds all paired with glossy Talenti side tables to contrast against the natural timber. A dedicated seating zone is arranged around a fire table and features the GYMKHANA Ithaca sofa and armchairs and complemented by the Colori di Como pouf. This area is anchored by a Punto outdoor rug, which brings a sense of indoor comfort to the outside. Within and around the pool itself, GYMKHANA in-pool sunbeds, along with bar stools at the swim-up bar, complete a setting designed for relaxed leisure and effortless entertaining.

Just as important is the performance of the outdoor furniture in relation to climate exposure, without compromising on comfort or design.
