This bright, light and laid-back abode is one of the many ongoing projects in Dubai that SANIPEX GROUP has been collaborating on with architecture and interior design studio White Rose Design. Located in Al Mahra, Arabian Ranches, this 4,755 sq.ft villa has been fully redesigned and rebuilt into a contemporary, Mediterranean-inspired space where one can call home.

Our supply of both premium and luxury products for the kitchen, wine cellar, outdoor area, and six bathrooms have enabled the designers to achieve a consistency of quality and personality throughout.

The contemporary, state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with BYSTRO built-in appliances for a sleek, integrated look. These include the 90cm, 120-litre capacity Ferrara oven and 90cm induction hob, a combi microwave, full single door refrigerator and freezer, and the new dishwasher. A built-in coffee machine by Fulgor Milano completes the work triangle, and a Faber cooker hood integrates discreetly into the design.

The industrial-luxe Revolution kitchen mixer by BAGNODESIGN in opulent PVD Oyster takes centre stage at the sink; a pull-out hose and swivel design makes it as practical as is elegant.

Adjoining the dining area is a temperature-controlled wine cellar featuring a BYSTRO dual-zone beverage cooler for the preservation of a coveted collection.

Stepping outside, an outdoor kitchen sits beneath a Spanish-style pergola. This fantastic entertainment space offers full flexibility to host and prepare meals without re-entering the home. It features a Boretti built-in barbeque, Igneus pizza oven and BYSTRO drawer fridge, as well as a BYSTRO sink and Nobili mixer, both made from highly-durable 316 stainless steel. And, as the evening winds down, the Ecosmart ethanol burner—installed in a recessed poolside seating area—provides that much-needed ambience.

Across the bathrooms, the opulently soft PVD Oyster brassware finish translates into each space across mixers, showering products and accessories for a cohesive, luxurious feel. Design freedom is enabled with his-and-hers M-Line basin mixers, whose two-hole design allows for a symmetrical balance on opposite sides of each basin. In the master bathroom shower room, a Koy freestanding bathtub made from luxury BAGNOQUARTZ and floor mounted bath mixer form the focal point.
