SANIPEX GROUP collaborated with Studio Twelve to complete the transformation of the Majlis area, including two separate bathrooms, along with a contemporary, custom-made wash basin to integrate with the design.

The delivery process ran smoothly, with off-the-shelf BAGNODESIGN sanitaryware and countertop wash basins as well as Revolution brassware and accessories in Anthracite arriving within the standard two-week timeframe. Designed to exceed the client’s specifications, the bespoke Alpine basin—produced by our in-house artisans at our Dubai Slab Fabrication facility—was completed on schedule and delivered to the pre-agreed timeline.

The initial design of the custom basin called for a wooden basin and base. After a few recommendations—all while keeping in line with the design intent—the basin was created using Italian porcelain tiles that offer a high-strength and waterproof alternative, in a Calcatta Oro marble-effect finish which heightens the drama. Durable, waterproof Wedi board was used to build the structure of both the basin and base. The final result is a beautiful and functional focal point for the room which also works to partition the space.
