About the Role

This position is open only to UAE Nationals in accordance with Emiratisation guidelines. As a CAD Designer, you will support clients by producing CAD drawings that reflect the final look and feel of their rooms—especially bathrooms and interior spaces. You’ll collaborate with the sales team and clients to determine needs, calculate materials, and ensure all drawings are delivered accurately and on time.

This role also involves staying up to date with design trends, maintaining a drawing portfolio, and occasionally supporting colleagues with training or technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on suitable product options aligned with their design goals and budget
  • Create high-quality CAD drawings for client projects
  • Calculate tile quantities and generate accurate quotations
  • Gather precise client specifications including room dimensions and plumbing layouts
  • Meet drawing deadlines and handle revisions professionally
  • Support the sales team by helping convert quotes into confirmed sales
  • Coordinate with contractors when needed for layout discussions
  • Keep an updated portfolio of completed designs
  • Stay informed about product updates and design innovations
  • Provide training support to colleagues when required
  • Maintain showroom standards, including workstation cleanliness and personal presentation

About You

  • Qualification in Interior Design or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and deadlines effectively
  • Organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working independently
  • Receptive to feedback and adaptable to change
