About the Role

This position is open only to UAE Nationals in accordance with Emiratisation guidelines.

We are looking for a driven and design-savvy Retail Sales Consultant & Designer to join our team in Dubai. In this client-facing role, you’ll combine sales expertise with interior design knowledge to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.

You will play a pivotal part in advising clients, creating tailored design solutions, and preparing CAD visuals that help them envision their dream spaces. You’ll also contribute to business growth by generating leads, building lasting relationships, and meeting performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate leads and explore new business opportunities
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, designers, and contractors
  • Advise clients on design trends, product selections, and technical specifications
  • Create CAD layouts, mock-ups, mood boards, and visual tools to support presentations
  • Deliver polished, professional client presentations tailored to their needs
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance KPIs
  • Support showroom events such as lunch-and-learns
  • Stay current on industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities
  • Process quotations and sales orders in line with company standards
  • Maintain accurate client records and handle requests efficiently
  • Follow all Sanipex Group policies, including Health & Safety and Quality standards

About You

  • Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (preferred)
  • Proficiency in CAD software for professional design presentations
  • Ability to create mock-ups and visual concepts for clients
  • Strong sales skills with proven success in hitting targets
  • Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work under pressure
  • Team-oriented with a strong customer-first approach
