Key Responsibilities

The Talent Management Assistant will support the effective delivery of Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Emiratisation, and wider Talent Management initiatives, ensuring a positive employee and candidate experience.

Recruitment

  • Support recruitment activities including sourcing roles, internal & external job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling and other recruitment administration. Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.

Induction & Onboarding

  • Coordinate corporate, role-based/bespoke, and retail sales induction programmes across all regions.
  • Ensure all new joiners are tracked, contacted, scheduled, and attend required induction sessions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Learning & Development

  • Support the coordination of the training calendar and learning initiatives as and when required including supplier, product and development trainings.
  • Maintain training records and attendance reports.

Emiratisation

  • Support Emiratisation initiatives and ensure targets are achieved within agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate UAE National recruitment activities and replacement requirements.
  • Support Emirati engagement activities and initiatives.

Talent Management Support

  • Support wider Talent Management projects including employer branding activities and other assigned tasks as required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and candidate experience, making recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all recruitment, onboarding, learning, and Talent processes are completed in line with company policies and data privacy requirements.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee, candidate and other information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of UAE HR practices and Emiratization initiatives is desirable.
