Located in Dubai’s vibrant Business Bay district, 15 Northside offers a luxury living experience for young working professionals by the waterfront. To ensure residents make the most of the panoramic city views, high-quality furnishings were selected to elevate the facilities in the terrace and pool area.

For sunbathing, the pool area boasts Jati and Kebon Hydra Outdoor Sunbeds and GYMKHANA Chaise In-Pool Sun Loungers. For protection from the mid-day sun, GYMKHANA Capri and Calella Side Pole Umbrellas were installed as they provide an ultra-strong Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) rating of 50+.

On the terrace, a variety of seating options were chosen to offer versatility and comfort. Residents can now dine, relax on welcoming daybeds, or enjoy breakfast and beverages at the bar. Chosen for their style and durability, selections include the modular Talenti Slam sofas. To add a personal touch and emphasise the hospitable atmosphere, accessories, and lighting were incorporated. Vibrant cushions from GYMKHANA infuse colour and patterning, while Les Jardins’ teak solar lighting provides sustainable illumination for the evening.

The outcome is two welcoming residential spaces that allow residents to fully appreciate Dubai’s stunning waterfront views in style and comfort, whether basking in the sunlight during the day or savouring the balmy evenings.
