Designed around calm, warmth and quiet refinement, this private villa in Sustainable City brings together soft natural tones, refined finishes and carefully selected materials to create an elegant, welcoming family home.
In collaboration with JMS Renovations, SANIPEX GROUP supplied a coordinated residential specification across bathroom surfaces, kitchens and outdoor entertainment, helping bring that material-led vision to life.
BAGNODESIGN bathroom products and brassware shaped the villa’s calm, composed bathrooms, with Soft Bronze and PVD Oyster finishes used to give each space a distinct tone. Surfaces played an equally important role, led by SURFACES by BAGNODESIGN’s Monroe Calacatta Gold in the master bathroom, alongside large-format slabs, stone-effect finishes, decorative tiles and chevron flooring elsewhere in the home. The kitchen and outdoor areas were treated with the same attention, combining a BYSTRO wine cooler, Boretti barbecue, BYSTRO sink and Nobili mixer for practical, relaxed entertaining corner.
Bathrooms with Quiet Character
Bathrooms became one of the standout parts of the project, with BAGNODESIGN products used to create a clean, composed finish throughout.
Soft Bronze gives the bathroom specification much of its warmth and softly refined character. In the powder room, the Isabel deck-mounted basin mixer from BAGNODESIGN’s Bijoux collection, creates a distinctive focal point. Its grey Murano glass handles and Soft Bronze finish add a jewellery-like detail to the stone-inspired scheme, turning a practical guest bathroom moment into something more memorable and personal.
Elsewhere, PVD Oyster introduce a softer metallic note, supporting the villa’s quiet design direction without feeling repetitive. Used across different bathroom elements, the finishes help each space carry its own tone while remaining part of one considered residential scheme.
The master bathroom carries the surface story further through customised alpine sink in Monroe Calacatta Gold from SURFACES by BAGNODESIGN. With its polished finish and soft veining, the surface introduces a refined marble-effect detail while keeping the room light, calm and restrained.
Bespoke Tile Moments
Tile selections were used to give the private areas a more personal expression while maintaining continuity across the home. The children’s bathrooms each carry a distinct character, with fish-scale mosaic tiles bringing a gentle, mermaid-inspired detail to one space and a grey-toned scheme giving the other a cooler, contemporary edge.
Across the wider specification, Onice Clear and Spatula White create a pale, composed base for one bathroom scheme, while Tender Stone and Maku Light introduce a softer stone-led warmth elsewhere. Cielo e Terra Polvere adds a decorative note through the fish-scale detail, bringing texture and personality without disrupting the villa’s restrained material palette.
Surfaces with Natural Depth
Material selection was central to the atmosphere of the villa. Travertine-inspired finishes, large-format bathroom slabs, polished wall tiles and matt floor tiles balance warmth with everyday practicality, supporting the brief for interiors that feel calm, comfortable and lived-in.
Monroe Calacatta Gold from SURFACES by BAGNODESIGN formed part of the master bathroom’s customised surface applications, allowing the project to carry the brand’s presence beyond brassware and bathroom products. Across the wider villa, large-format slabs and stone-effect finishes added further depth, particularly in areas where surfaces needed to feel both durable and refined.
In the bedrooms, chevron floor tiles in a soft taupe-brown tone add rhythm and grounding warmth underfoot. The pattern gives the private rooms a more finished, intimate character while continuing the home’s quiet material direction.
One of the strongest architectural moments appears in the living room, where Tundra polished marble slabs form the TV wall. Chosen for their neutral, calming tones and natural detail, the slabs create a focal point that feels sophisticated but not overpowering.
Entertaining Indoors and Out
The kitchen and entertaining area continue the villa’s warm design direction. Positioned within the bar area, the BYSTRO wine cooler brings a sleek, integrated feature to the space, supporting the home’s relaxed approach to indoor entertaining.
The outdoor kitchen was treated with the same attention to function and finish. A Boretti Ibrido Top built-in gas and charcoal BBQ in Matt Black forms the centrepiece, offering flexibility for everyday cooking and social gatherings.
A BYSTRO Orion undermount sink in Gun Metal and a Nobili Mania pull-out kitchen mixer in matching PVD Gun Metal complete the setup, creating a durable outdoor cooking area with a cohesive contemporary finish.
