Evolving with the trends

The building is inspired by industrial materials, rocks and metal, which are referenced from the countertops to the feature columns and the artwork throughout the building. With a notable trend seeing the growth in popularity of Corten steel among architects, the use of different textures and colours in metals created a refined and calm palette.

Black kitchens are also in vogue; the darker tones create a sense of luxury, depth and sophistication. This look was achieved with a BAGNODESIGN Matt Black kitchen mixer, which correspond nicely with black Mosaic Wall Tiles.

The bathrooms emit the desired spa experience through the use of chrome finished products that shine with the under-cabinet lighting; from Concealed Basin Mixers, and Ceiling rain showers, to Acrylic Inset Bathtubs. Bathrooms form part of our daily routine, helping us prepare for the day or relax after a long one. Therefore, functionality is key in the design of a bathroom; everything from ensuring that the towel rail is hung close to the sink and other Bathroom Accessories are practically displayed, to having large shower enclosures to make the morning routine more pleasurable.
