Quiet Luxury in Every Corner

Overlooking sweeping views of Alma Lake and the rolling greens of Arabian Ranches Golf Club, the La Avenida neighbourhood in Dubai is home to Spanish and Portuguese-inspired villas far from the frenetic pace of the city. One private villa was due for a full renovation to refresh its interiors and outdoor spaces while maintaining the calm character of its surroundings.

In collaboration with White Rose Interior Design Studio, SANIPEX GROUP supplied high-end, turnkey products,  including indoor and outdoor kitchen appliances, bathroom brassware, bathtubs and sanitaryware, floor tiles for the downstairs living areas, and switches and sockets throughout the villa.

Indoor to Outdoor Kitchen Entertaining

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with BYSTRO appliances, including full-door built-in refrigeration and a dishwasher, while the discreet Faber built-in hood allows the chimney feature to stand out as a design statement. Outside, the outdoor kitchen expands the possibilities for entertaining. Here, the BYSTRO Turin drawer fridge and wine cooler combo, Ibrido barbecue, BYSTRO stainless steel sink and Nobili mixer provide everything needed to cook, prep and host in one stylish open space.

Stone Tiles & Striking Accents

Back inside the villa across the open plan downstairs living areas, Reverso tiles help create a sense of flow. These stone-effect porcelain tiles add depth and texture to create intrigue. Throughout the entire villa, Knightsbridge light switches and sockets in moody Smoked Bronze act as subtle dark accents, anchoring the scheme.

Tranquil Bathrooms

Each of the five bathrooms, from the master to the powder room, continues the same calm, understated aesthetic. The Capsule by Bongio appears across basin, shower, and bath mixers, paired with matching accessories. In the Old Iron finish, they complement the switches and sockets to create cohesion. Washbasins and BAGNODESIGN sanitaryware in Matt White complement the BAGNOQUARTZ Koy bathtub, offering a contemporary refresh on classic glossy finishes.
